Sandy's Place is a lovely 2 bedroom with 3 beds, self-contained private holiday home with a fully equipped kitchen with many extras . It was thoughtfully and tastefully furnished to ensure a perfect and relaxing stay. All rooms have just been restyled to give a comfortable and luxurious feel.

The space

The Master Bedroom is a lovely stylish and comfortable bedroom. It has a television and an armchair to offer you, your own private space. With a ceiling fan for added comfort on those hot days and dressing gowns are also provided.

The second bedroom is also one of my favourite rooms (see photos) it has been restyled to give a touch of luxury. It has 2 comfortable single beds. Ceiling fan, mirrored wardrobe and dressing gowns.

The lounge room has a television with Chromecast to enable you to login to your Netflix account and stream movies etc great entertainment to keep the children or adults amused. Own Modem with unlimited WiFi

For additional comfort the home has Reverse System air conditioning. Please turn it off when leaving the home but it can turn off when left unattended

* Sofa bed that can sleep 1 or 2 people. Extra fees apply
* Laptop friendly coffee table.
* New portable cot, high chair, Charli chair and limited bedding is available
also a children's table with two chairs
* A separate laundry with washing machine, washing liquid, fabric conditioner, iron and ironing board and drying rack. No clothes dryer is provided but you are welcome to use the one in the main house for a fee of $5 per load
* Bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, tissues and toilet paper are also provided

If you enjoy peace and quiet and the only sounds you hear in the morning are the birds then this is the place for you. Take an early morning stroll and don't forget to say g'day to other friendly people taking a walk - then head back home for a coffee, a very nice selection is provided. Also provided is a selection of teas. Or cook up a breakfast in your fully equipped kitchen or a short drive away are great cafes offering a variety of cuisines to indulge in a delicious breakfast or lunch.

Food is not included and complimentary supplies are not replenished during your stay. But the pantry is well stocked with essential items.

It is a short easy run to Richmond and Yarramundi where you can spread your towel down and have a picnic on the soft sand of the Nepean/Hawkesbury River and it is an easy run to Penrith.

Although shops,cafes, Polo, RAAF Base and Uni are very close by, the area and home feels peaceful and private and for peace of mind the only activity you are likely to see wandering around between dawn and dusk are the Roos

Larger discounts are offered on 8 and 12 week stays. If you are looking for longer stays due to home damage or renovations please speak to your Insurance Company and ask to be placed here. It can be done and is a much better option. Or if you are coming to the Hawkesbury or Penrith for work commitments.

To protect yourself against cancellation please consider travel insurance as my cancellation policy is strict.

PLACES OF INTEREST

With so many sights and places to see there will never be a dull moment.
If you are experienced at horse riding why not go on a trail ride along the water and through the Reserve. They also cater for beginners. Please visit the following website for more details. It's marvelous and just a short drive away.
Visit hawkesbury valley equestrian

An experience of a lifetime. If you want to see the Blue Mountains and surrounding areas why not travel on the back of a motor bike. Who wouldn't love to ride on the back of a Harley Davidson and sightsee around the Blue Mountains. Larger bikes available for the family. What a wonderful experience. 'Wild Ride Australia' they are excellent and are local.

Or have a look at Adrenaline they have 2,500 Adventures so they have something for everyone.

If you want a somewhere that has it all in one place try Penrith Panthers Club. During the day enjoy Games & Activities, Aqua Golf, Cables Aqua Park, iFly Indoor Skydiving. Many activities for adults and children of all ages.

In the evening it offers fine dining with 11 restaurants and 7 bars and live entertainment. It is a renowned world leader for it's entertainment. Visit Penrith Panthers for more information

Closer to home and only a short drive away is Richmond Club that offers good food and entertainment and is also a lawn bowling club

For the more adventurous try whitewater rafting. Visit penrith white water rafting well worth checking it out it is open during the summer season

The International Regatta Centre is a rowing and canoe sprint venue built for the 2000 Summer Olympics. It is now a popular sporting venue. It is a very scenic and easy drive down Castlereagh Road to Penrith

After a tiring, adventurous day come home to a relaxing place that has no foot traffic or vehicle traffic, peace and quite. Look no further this is the place for you

It is private and separate from the main house. Guests are welcomed upon arrival then left to relax in their own space.

I live on the property in a separate house, with a medium sized dog, so I able to assist you as much or as little as you require.

House Rules :

'Strictly No Smoking' inside Home and no illegal substances. I don't like the smell and the damage it does and no drunken behaviour. You will be asked to leave if any of these rules are broken.

Only guests that are booked in are allowed to stay. May I please know their names it's nice to greet someone by name.

Parties or Events are not permitted

Photo ID is required before check-in. The person providing the photo ID and making the booking is responsible for the other guests and any damages or theft
